Doctor Ronald C. Anders

B.S., D.V.M., C.V.A., C.C.R.P                        

Dr. Anders is a licensed veterinarian in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. He has been in practice at County Animal Clinic since 1985.  He graduated from The Ohio State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of science degree in Animal Science and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 1982.  He practiced in a busy mixed animal practice in New York state for 3 years before establishing County Animal Clinic in March of 1985. In 2002, Dr Anders was certified by the International Veterinary  Acupuncture Society as a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and in 2003 as a Certified Veterinary Herbalist in Chinese Herbal Medicine.  As a professional experienced in both large and small animal health, his patients include dairy cattle, beef cattle, swine, equine, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, exotic birds, buffalo, and occasional snakes.

He has a major interest in complimentary and alternative medicine, preventative medicine, behavioral medicine, nutrition, diagnostic services, surgery, internal medicine, reproduction, acupuncture, and rehabilitative medicine.  He also does Obedience Training classes for beginners and advanced obedience.

He is the father of a son, Christopher, and a daughter, Jennifer. He is the proud grandfather of a granddaughter, and a grandson.  He also has a Lhasa Alpso named Abby and a cat named Scat.

BEVERLY ANDERS -                                                             PRACTICE MANAGER                                                     

Beverly is the wife of Dr. Anders. Dr.and Mrs. Anders met while in high school. She worked with Dr. Anders to get into Veterinary school, graduate, move back to Ohio and buy a small practice and grow it where it is today.  She attended Tri-Village High School and then 2 years at Bluffton College.  She planned their wedding, and then transferred to Ohio State University where Dr. Anders was in Pre-Veterinary.   

Dr.and Mrs. Anders have 2 children Chris and Jenny. Along with 2 grandchildren Savannah, and Evan, they also have a 12 year old Llasa Apsa named Abby.   Mrs. Anders hobbies include reading, crocheting, gardening, sewing, and spoiling her grandchildren.

MEGAN RUTSCHILLING -                                               REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN                    

Megan is from Yorkshire Ohio. She joined County Animal Clinic in 2014.  She received her Associates of Applied Science degree, specializing in Veterinary Technician studies at the Veterinarian Technical Institute at Bradford Schools in Columbus, OH.   Megan has a 5 year old Scottish Terrier / Dachshund Mix, named Scruffy, and an 9 year old Paint named Nayeli. 

PAYTON TUSSING -                                                         REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN

                                                                                                                               Payton is from Van Wert Ohio.   She joined County Animal Clinic in July of 2015. She received her Associates of Applied Science degree, specializing in Veterinary Technician studies at the International Business College in Fort Wayne Indiana.  

Payton has 3 pets.  She has a cat named Ralphie Lauren, a cat named Gianni Versace, and a bearded dragon named Gucci.   Payton likes seeing the different approach to Veterinary medicine, meeting new animals, and meeting new people.  

DEBORAH BRYSON -                                                           SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Debbie is from Ansonia Ohio.  She received her education from Edison State Community College, specializing in business education and communication, with a special focus on marketing and website design.  

Debbie is in charge of our website, capturing photos, and videos of procedures, events, and of new patients.  She is also in charge of posting our latest news, and important information to social media sites.  Debbie has been married for 19 years and has 3 children.  She also has a 6 year old Siberian Husky named Duke. 

Debbie enjoys singing, playing piano, painting garden figures, and cooking, but most of all spending time with her family.  She likes working at County Animal Clinic because "we are a good team here".  "Everyone treats the animals and clients like family."  


EMILY LINK -                                                                       ANIMAL CARE SPECIALIST                               

Emily is from Fort Recovery Ohio.  She joined County Animal Clinic in 2012.  She is attending the University of Saint Francis.  Emily has a Golden Retriever named Reggie.  She likes the atmosphere of the clinic, and the animals. She goes on to mention "it feels like my second home."

OLIVIA SLONE -                                                                   ANIMAL CARE SPECIALIST

Olivia is from Coldwater.   She has been with us since January of 2016.  In September this year, she will be attending the International Business College to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.  Olivia has 6 pets, 3 of which are cats.   Carmen 13 years old, Fluffy also 13, and Sprite who is 2 years old.  She also has a 3 year old rabbit named Zander, a 20 year old cockatoo named Echo, and a 6 year old Great Pyrenees named Kyra. 

Olivia's interests include baking, crafts, swimming, and music.  She would like to conclude that the reason she chose County Animal Clinic is because she came to the clinic when she was a kid, and that increased her interest in animal science. 

HEATHER KLENKE                                                              ANIMAL CARE SPECIALIST

Heather is from Coldwater Ohio.  She has been with us 2 months.  She has 2 Labrador's.  Heather is currently enrolled at Fort Recovery High School.  She likes being able to apply her skills and services she has learned in vet tech and other classes to further her career in the animal science field. 


Emma is from Osgood Ohio.  She has been with us for two months.  She has one dog. Emma is currently enrolled at Marion Local High School.  She loves working with all the different animals.  

LIANE LACHIEWICZ                                                    VETERINARY STUDENT INTERN
Liane comes to us from Troy Ohio.  She attended Sidney Lehman High School, and the University of Mississippi for her undergrad studies.  Currently is a student at Lincoln Memorial University and is a 4th year Veterinarian student.   Liane will be with us a total of 4 weeks with one week completed.   She has 5 pets which include 3 cats, and 2 dogs an Ausie Shepherd/ Ausie Cattle dog mix, and a Lab/Boxer mix.
Liane also fosters dogs and cats from local rescues and shelters. 
Liane chose to come to County Animal Clinic as one of her 4th year elective courses.  She has no previous learning experience with Eastern medicine and feels there was no better doctor to learn from than Dr. Anders.  She hopes to learn how to combine Eastern and Western medicine and bring those skills to a conventional Veterinary practice.  She hopes to practice mixed animal medicine when she graduates in May of 2018, where she adds she would like to work with Dairy cattle.
